Role: Senior Developer Relations Engineer
Impact & Mission
As the founding DevRel hire, you’ll cultivate Monad’s early builder community through conferences, hackathons, and educational initiatives. Your work will bridge developers to Monad’s unique tech—like its parallelized VM and optimized performance—driving ecosystem growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Evangelize Monad: Highlight its USPs (e.g., Solidity compatibility, scalability) to Solidity/Typescript developers.
- Community Building: Organize IRL/virtual events, collaborate with incubators/universities, and foster builder collaborations.
- Content Creation: Produce blogs, tutorials, and videos to onboard developers.
- Global Presence: Travel to crypto conferences and hackathons to engage builders.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Solidity, Typescript, and dApp deployment.
- Community Experience: Prior DevRel or developer community leadership.
- Communication: Strong public speaking and technical writing skills.
